We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and a spa bath. the indoor swimming pool was amazing, and the Spa & wellness center was an absolute joy, providing rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling refreshed and relaxed.

There was a minor issue during check, in, as it took a bit longer than we expected. But this did not affect our overall experience, as the hotel made up for it with its exceptional service and facilities.

Great value for money and excellent spa

During our recent city break, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was well catered and the restaurant offered great dining options. But what really stood out was the spa area which was excellent, offering many services to choose from. the hotel's central location provided easy access to local attractions.

The check-in process was quite slow and tedious, which made for an unpleasant start to our stay. we encountered unprofessional staff members who were unhelpful and made for an overall negative experience.
